Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the umbrella in its original box or a similar protective mailing tube to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
